hello. she spoke. To what? Well, first, to place her where she was. This small, stubby, un-matching odd-ball-of-a-wolf was in a vast plain. Great camouflage, huh? But, luckily, being so stubby, she was quite unseen other than two ears bouncing above the tips of the long grass. So what were the positives of being stubby? Well, being hidden under long grass, but, that's about it. Curio was the odd one, she was used to this. Or, maybe she just didn't know? So where was she in this vast field? None other than by the side of a large, muscular, ear-twitching buffalo. It munched the food around, stepping around. She, being only a year old had never seen one. So, she decided to do just.. the smartest thing, and trotted over, and stood next to it. For about 10 minutes she stared, and watched it eat, observing, as well as peaking at the birds on its back, who were all busy eating any insects off its back. She started down, and finally greeted it, with her 'hello'. It didn't respond. She stared a little longer. It moved as it ate, making a line of food-less-ness behind it. It was rare to see random buffalo now a-days, with all the food going away. It seemed hungry. She trotted along side it at a calm, slow pace, but still had to rush herself to keep up with her short height. You must be a foreigner.. Do you know where I can find a mango-shaped peach?" she asked calmly. It continued snorting and chewing its food and own cod. She sat down by its head, staring at its greatness in height. ".. I take it you don't understand english, then..? [/blockquote]

Gold eyes turned a pure, onyx black. She grinned slowly. She watched the fool try to talk to the large, stupid creature with mild interest. What else was going on around here? Why not make a little fun with some insignificant fae? Her ear twitched lightly, irritated by the flies. She shook for a moment, wide eyes watching. To her, the flies were like airplanes. She got over her stimulus overload a few moments later. Looking up, she realized she'd lost site of her next foolish victim. She trotted ever silently through the tall grass, only a bit smaller than this other deformed freak. Her weightless feet made not a sound. Her breathing was limited, but still no sound escaped her pouty lips. She licked them and thought of leaving disturbing scars upon this poor creature. She would leave the stupid thing with festering wounds, soiling in the sun. She shivered with anticipation. She padded forward, lowering herself in the grass.
Suddenly, she erupted in several high-pitched giggles. So crazy. Yet so distractingly feminine. Virus really was gorgeous, but she was far from pretty when she got into her work. "Their intellect is limited, love." She managed a disgusting smirk. She took slow steps in a circle around Curio, sniffing the air and taking in her scent. Oh, how would she play with this one? She could throw her in a rats' home and watch them eat her alive, or she could seduce her like some sort of desperate male, or maybe she play around and strike when she felt it so necessary! Either way, this stubby freak was of no use to her. "What are you doing?" She licked her lips again, her voice so soft and ever sensual, another giggle seeming to light up the entire world. Her eyes were wide like a fawn, as Virus was the definition of false innocence. She looked like an angel, yes, but it was all part of the act. A talented siren. Every feature of her could attract even the most boring of characters!
She looked up at the - buffalo, was it? And shook her head, watching the dumb creature chew food like that was all it had to live for. She looked back at Curio, managing a warm smile and waiting for whatever other /smart/ things would come out of this sad female's dearest snout.

[ooc// omg virus is wicked. ]
What was that..? A sound could be heard, a high giggle, feminine, and, well, 'clearing for the ears to hear' as Curio would put it. She actually ignored it, not in a rude manner, but at the fact that she was so intertwined in the sight of a buffalo merely eating its own thrown of foods, and swallowing it once more to digest. Fascinating. She actually was so distracted, she did not see the other female - virus, though she was yet to know her name - come up to her. She did not jump, though she was surprised enough to do so, but merely looked over, wide eyed. Wide eyed in fear or surprise? Yet again.. possible, but.. no. Curio's eyes stared widely at her, you'd mistake for another emotion, but was actually just her staring. Her eyes were rather big. She did, however show a little surprise with her large bat ears popping up towards the female. She stared for a couple seconds, and then lowered her ears to a more casual feel - one up, the other down lazily. She felt a little dizzy from looking over so fast, she swayed for a second, then shook her head, and called back balance. "He may be just shy." She commented, putting her attention back at the buffalo for a second, then averting back to Virus. "I am seeing if he is okay, he seems hungry. Perhaps you would like to help me feed him..? He seems quite friendly, actually. At least, I think he's a he. Maybe he's a she." She said, dropping her haunches to the ground. She took in the full look of the wolf: she was small, but not odd like herself. She was beautiful. Actually, probably one of the most physically lucky wolves she'd seen, and she seemed innocent. Curio felt a little bit underground just by standing in her presence, but she did not feel sad. She was still just as content and calm as ever. She did take in a strange aura from the wolf, but said nothing. Maybe the wolf was bad, maybe she was good, who really knew? And more importantly, why did it matter..?

Two Socks hadn't been in this new place for very long yet. She was still getting accustomed to her surroundings. She wasn't planning on joining one of the packs--it didn't feel like the right thing to do. For now she was just following the whispers through the forests and plains. She had seen quite a deal of Breathe, but she'd never remember her way around. She was just following the spirits now, letting them be her guide as was normal for her. She could feel No Eyes' fur brushing at her side and steering her to a path. It was comforting, even if it might be all in her head--who knew. She was brought to the buffalo's path however. She followed the line of eaten grass to come upon a buffalo. It had been long since she'd seen one of them. When her tribe had hunted--which was rare--they would often go after the buffalo, but only in the spring. She found it comforting to be graced by the magnificent animal's presence and gave a slight bow of her head in thanksgiving for it being there.
She lay in the grasses behind it, letting it wander away from her, but not losing sight of it. She didn't hear the first time the young wolf spoke, but the laughter of the other female perked her up. She was on her feet and moved closer to the pair who were nearer to the buffalo. She heard the dark female say that their intellect was limited and Two Socks was offended that she could say such a thing, buffalo were magnificent creatures and a force to be reckoned with. She moved closer and into view after the young female spoke. "No dear, this is a he. And he is already eating, he eats the grass you see." She looked to the buffalo and wearily back to the pair. "I can imagine he's may be getting a bit anxious as well, wolves aren't exactly friends of buffalo. We may want to move away from him." She suggested, always putting her nose into things that she probably should stay out of. Her appearance was bright, she enjoyed teaching young wolves about the forests. She didn't know who this other wolf was in relation, but by the looks of it she was just another passing stranger too. As Two Socks thought about this she could feel a pulse of bitterness at her side. No Eyes wasn't keen toward this other female it seemed. That made Two Socks weary, No Eyes was never really like this, though continuously more and more around this place.
